I am qualified for home care, massage therapy, and yoga and wanted to get involved with CareChamp as a Companion to apply my skills and empathy in a meaningful way, I love giving back to the community. Elderly people's needs are ignored mostly, it connects people of various generations who would not normally interact.

I like hiking, reading, yoga, and spending time with my family in my free time.
