Tell us more about yourself and why you have decided to pursue a career in Early Childhood Development:
"I have always loved working with children, especially those aged 0-5. Guiding and shaping young minds is my passion, and I’m eager to learn more about supporting our future leaders. I aspire to build a career in ECD, whether as an au pair, teacher, or nanny. Pursuing this path excites me, and I’m eager to see where it leads."
What is - from your point of view - the typical role and responsibilities of a childcare provider in an early childhood development field?
"A childcare provider nurtures children's development through activities, play, and socialisation, building independence and positive behavior. They support both educational and emotional growth while assisting parents as needed."
In what skills area do you feel most qualified to be a childminder?
"I believe I am qualified in all aspects of child care. I am capable of feeding, cleaning, educating, disciplining, and helping with homework. I can supervise and monitor children effectively, and I am always eager to learn on the job."
What makes you excited to work with children?
"I look forward to the fun and joy that comes with working alongside vibrant, happy children. The opportunity to teach and assist them daily, while experiencing the warmth, laughter, and happiness they bring, is truly exciting."
