"I pursued this career because of my deep love for children and my enjoyment of working with them. Previously, as an assistant teacher in the foundation phase, I developed a strong passion for helping children grow and realized how fulfilling it is to be part of their learning journey."
What is - from your point of view - the typical role and responsibilities of a childcare provider in an early childhood development field?
"Ensure children live in a safe and clean environment, with access to necessary resources. Provide healthy meals, create lesson plans, and implement a curriculum that promotes learning. Offer continuous supervision and care to support their well-being and development."
In what skills area do you feel most qualified to be a childminder?
"Patience and the ability to stay calm in various situations, along with the ability to work well with others. Being flexible, open to change, and having a genuine desire to help people, along with sensitivity and understanding."
What makes you excited to work with children?
"I love working with children because they are incredibly adorable and seeing them grow is a joy. I enjoy watching them learn new things and seeing their surprise at the world around them. I also love learning from them."
