What was the best day at work you’ve ever had and what made it so good?

”My best day was when I was assigned to care for a senior lady with mild dementia. She had just started her stay and the retirement home and was confused about her new surroundings. I managed to help her understand the changes in her surroundings and explain the different activities that they get to do and she managed to calm down. She ended up spending the whole day feeling better and I really found joy in this.”
