We work closely with reputable, national healthcare organisations in South Africa that offer a private healthcare assistant training programme. All our Champs are certified and experienced in working in private hospitals and with private clients.

Champ Compliance checks

We mandate that all Champs provide documentation of their Hepatitis B Vaccination and Tuberculosis test results. Additionally, they must undergo criminal and credit checks to ensure a thorough vetting process before joining the CareChamp team. These checks are also required annually for Champs actively involved with CareChamp. You’re welcome to request copies.

Our office team actively monitors our champs, assisting our clients in the field based on our champ values and protocols. Additionally, we strongly encourage our clients to rate their Champ(s).This ensures that only top-rated Champs are featured on our platform.
