I am originally from the UK and was born in 1957.

I am currently staying in Cape Town.

I am fluent in both English and Afrikaans.

I see myself as a Organiser: Serious. Systematic. Rather quiet personality.

I have qualifications in First Aid level 1, Corinium Care Live-in Home-Based Carer (UK),Advanced Home-Based Care Course (SA) and Freelance Tourist Guide.

I wanted to get involved with CareChamp as a Companion to apply my skills and empathy in a meaningful way.

In my free time, I enjoy reading, and am also a hobby writer. I love the outdoors, hiking in nature,cycling and travel. I also enjoy giving hospitality, hosting guests and dinner parties.

I was a credit manager for a pharmaceutical company as I loved dealing with people .

I see myself as a Outgoing. Spontaneous. Bubbly personality person.

I love being a companion because I enjoy helping out the elderly.

In my free time I like Knitting, Reading & Watching Television.

I have a valid drivers license and my own car.

I am originally from Kwazulu-Natal and was born in 1954.

I currently reside in Cape Town

I am fluent in English.

I see myself as a spontaneous and outgoing person with a bubbly personality.

I have decided to become a companion because I enjoy working and caring for the frail and wanted to apply my skills in a meaningful way.

In my free time I do a lot of walking as I love the outdoors and also to spend time with family and friends.

I live in Cape Town and was born in 1985.

I speak English.

I see myself as a logical, systematic and organized person.

For six years I worked as a Cabin Attendant and it allowed me to travel the world which I loved doing.

In 2014 I decided to settle down and focus on my family and in 2015 I became a mom.

I got involved with CareChamp as a Companion to show my skills I have learnt throughout my travelling years and share it with people in a meaningful way.

I completed the Health Care Assistant Course through NIDO and am currently studying Psychology.

In my spare time I enjoy travelling and spending time with my loved ones.

I have a valid drivers licence and my own vehicle.

I was born in 1963 and I am currently residing in Cape Town, Diep River.

I am fluent in both English and Afrikaans and I speak a bit of French.

I see myself as an outgoing person, very bubbly and soft-hearted.

I was a pre-school / Grade R teacher for 18 years, then went on to be a special needs facilitator and tutor. My mom worked in the UK as a caregiver and that made me fall in-love with helping other people and I became a companion.

In my spare time I enjoy walking, reading, listening to music, talking to friends, watching a movie, swimming or gym, cooking, shopping and art.

I have my own car and a valid drivers license.

I'm originally from Cape Town, currently living in Plumstead and I was born in 1973.

I speak English.

I am loyal, honest and have excellent work ethics.

In 2004, whilst on a working visa in Nottingham, England, I gained five months work experience at Adbolton Nursing and Residential home. In my youth, I also did volunteer work with the disabled at Protea Sports Club, Retreat.

I have so much respect for the elderly and understand how much courage it takes to get on with life in the face of struggle or disability.

I have recently completed and passed the following courses with excellent results: First Aid Level 1, First Aid Level 3, the Basic Home-Based Care and the Advanced Home-Based Care courses through St Johns.

I know that I want to be involved in care work and to make a positive difference in the lives of others.

I am originally from Nigeria and was born in 1988.

I speak English.

I consider myself to be a patient, loyal, and easygoing person who shows a lot of empathy towards others and enjoys engaging and uplifting others.

I am a qualified "Health Care Assistant" from the class of 2019. The one-year course entailed theory as well as practical experience in a private hospital and old age home. To date, I’ve been caring for my CareChamp clients.

Fun fact - I simply love cooking and experiencing new dishes. In fact, a bake for my community to give back to those less fortunate.

I also have a valid driver’s license allowing me to assist as a companion for clients.
