Our Requirements
To be considered for the role, you’ll need to be:
Experienced doing administrative tasks,
Organised and detail-orientated,
Adept in technology and have proven experience working with different computer software and systems,
Confident to engage with clients over the phone and manage Care teams across the country,
Customer-centric, i.e. able to build and nurture relationships with potential and existing customers,
(Ideally) experienced in the healthcare, nursing, and/or caregiving sector*, and
A matriculant, and (ideally) a tertiary education graduate*.
*Bonus, i.e. not required
Your responsibilities
As the Customer & Champ Care Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for:
Coordinating your allocated clients, including
Understanding their requirements,
Forming a close relationship with them,
Compiling weekly reports, and
Invoicing.
Coordinating your allocated Care teams, including
Forming a close relationship with the Caregiver, Companion and Nurse Champs
Capturing relevant information (ongoing),
Schedule allocation,
Payouts, and
The submission of reports.
Remuneration: Depending on your experience, we’re offering a remuneration package from R8500 - R10 000/month basic plus an attractive commission structure ranging between R1500 - R8000 / month. This really depends on you and your ability to manage client retainers.
Hours: Our flexible hours schedule allows employees to start between 7am-9am. You’ll be expected to work 40 hours/week and receive 15 leave days annually.
