“ I've worked with different patients with a variety of conditions and requirements. I am always willing and confident enough to take on any task given to me. Over the years I have gained experience in Dementia care, Physical disability care, Mental disability care, Care for children with disabilities, Palliative care, Assessing basic vital signs, Care of paraplegic and/or tetraplegic patients, Catheter care, Pressure care, PEG insertion, and feeding.”
What makes you most excited about working with seniors?
“ It brings me joy knowing that they appreciate the little things you do for them. Listening to all their stories and seeing their face light up when reminiscing on memories.”
Your best day at work you've ever had and what made it so good?
”One day I was assisting a patient and while bathing her. She made me feel so special when she told me that I remind her of her own daughter that’s so loving and caring and always gentle with her. I will never forget that moment.”
