Tell us more about yourself and why you have decided to pursue a career in Early Childhood Development:

"I am a shy and introverted person, but I absolutely love children. My passion for working with children began when I babysat my niece and discovered how truly special they are. I chose to pursue a career in Early Childhood Development because children light up every room, and I am eager to contribute to their growth, happiness, and success."

What is - from your point of view - the typical role and responsibilities of a childcare provider in an early childhood development field?
"In my opinion, the role and responsibilities of a childcare provider are to create an environment where children feel loved, safe, and valued, and where their views and opinions are heard. A childcare provider is not only responsible for meeting a child's physical needs but also their mental and emotional well-being. They must ensure that each child has the opportunity to grow and develop in a holistic and well-rounded way."

In what skills area do you feel most qualified to be a childminder?

"I feel most qualified in creating a playful learning environment because children learn best through play. This approach allows me to teach them valuable lessons that shape their personalities, helping them become empathetic, inclusive, and respectful - treating others the way they would like to be treated."

What makes you excited to work with children?
"I am excited to be a part of and to witness the various stages of children's development and growth. I truly love having the opportunity to contribute and play an important role in shaping the way they learn, grow, and thrive."
