“I take each and every client as a family member and always make them my priority. I believe that all clients need love and empathy, and also companionship to feel better. It is my responsibility to make my patients happy and leave them feeling well.”
In what skills area do you feel most qualified to be a caregiver?
“I feel most qualified working in Dementia, Mental and Physical Disability, Palliative, Frail and Pressure care, as well as wound monitoring, and other requirements from my experience working at frail care facilities and hospitals.”
What makes you most excited about working with seniors?
“As seniors have so much knowledge, I always end up learning new things that are beneficial when working with others. All they need is understanding and to feel respected, and the relationship that blossoms thereafter is beautiful. I love working with seniors.”
What’s the best day at work you’ve ever had and what made it so good?
“It was when my patient called my family and told them how good I am and how patient I am with them. I had to work really hard and exceeded my own expectations for this client. They were so grateful to have me, it made me feel so good about the service that I provide for them.”
