What makes you a good caregiver and child minder?

I believe my strengths as a caregiver and childminder stem from my extensive experience with child care, specialized care, and my understanding of frailty in patients. I approach every individual with a high level of empathy, ensuring they feel understood and cared for in a compassionate way. This is particularly important when working with children or individuals with specific health needs, as every day presents unique challenges.’

In what skills area do you feel most qualified to be a caregiver?
”With my experience in child care, I am well-versed in understanding the developmental milestones of children. I know how to engage children in activities that promote learning, creativity, and emotional growth, all while ensuring their safety and comfort. I have hands-on experience in providing care to individuals with specific health conditions, disabilities, or frailty. This includes wound monitoring, assisting with mobility, and monitoring physical or emotional changes."

What makes you most excited about working with children and seniors?

“ What excites me most about working with children and seniors is the opportunity to make a positive, meaningful impact on their lives. Both groups bring unique challenges and joys, and I find immense fulfillment in being able to provide the care and support they need to thrive. .”
