What is - from your point of view - the typical role and responsibilities of a childcare provider in an early childhood development field?
"The role of a caregiver or childcare provider is to serve as a parental figure for the children in the ECD center. They play a vital role, as they are the individuals children spend most of their time with. Caregivers should lead by example, nurturing children with affection, love, and positive behavior."
In what skills area do you feel most qualified to be a childminder?
"I feel most qualified in creating a safe and nurturing environment for children. I am patient, attentive, and skilled at understanding their needs while planning activities that promote learning and fun."
