I currently stay in Johannesburg and was born in 1967.

I speak the following languages: English, Xhosa, Zulu an Sotho

I am a registered nurse and obtained my qualification in 2005 and I also have a Diploma in Occupational Health.

I have worked at Micheal House Old Age Home, Selwyn Segal Centre, Milpark Hospital and Flora Clinic. I have worked as an occupational nurse as and worked in high care.

In my free time I enjoy listening to music, reading and going to church.

I am a private nurse practitioner and I am currently practicing in Richards Bay. My specialty is advanced wound care.

I have been a nurse since 1992 and started specializing in wound care in 2011. I also obtained an Advanced Diploma Health Science Education and Advanced Diploma Health Service Management

I spend most of my time at work and love watching movies in my spare time.

I was one of the nominees for Best Operational Manager in Mpumalanga Province, 2019 MEC’s Awards.

I am registered with the Nursing Council, with the following specialties: Occupational Health, Administration/Management, General Nursing, Community, Midwifery, and Psychiatric. Currently, I am completing my final year in Safety Management at Unisa. My areas of specialty are Occupational Health and Primary HealthCare/Wellness, Midwifery, Neonatal ICU, and Casualty.

I have more than 10 years of management experience and have managed a staff complement of between 7-10 as well as managed the department’s budget.

My name is Mokgohloe Francina Lekgau,

I'm a registered nurse with three decades of experience in professional and forensic nursing. I have studied and qualified in professional nursing and midwifery, forensic nursing, and also qualified to work with the elderly.

I am a great communicator, organized, empathetic & patient by nature, able to self-manage & work autonomously as well as in a team.

Over the years, I worked in different units of general hospitals; meaning medical, surgical, OPD, pediatrics, and in the forensic nursing unit. I also work with elderly patients.

I started my training in the United Kingdom, moving to South Africa where I continued my education through Rand Afrikaans University and completed Community Care and Nursing Dynamics. Through U.N.I.S.A. I completed Nursing administration and in 2008 at Derby University I completed a nursing upgrade. I am still currently registered with the United Kingdom Nursing Council. During my work in South Africa I created wound clinics in Johannesburg and Cape Town hospitals.

I have completed my three years in General Nursing Training in Durban, one year of Midwifery and one year of Adult and Child Psychiatry in Cape Town - where I occupied a senior position on commencement of my training.

I have also completed my BCur in Nursing Education and Community Health at Unisa

After studying for 4.5 years for my B Cur degree, I qualified as a Professional Nurse in 1976. It was in the Cardio Thoracic ICU that I found my niche in nursing and received a diploma in ICU nursing. I decided to broaden my experience by working for COHSASA, a South African organization that accredits hospitals.

I completed a 6-year stint at St Lukes Hospice as the Education Coordinator. In Hospital I worked for 7 years as the Night Duty Supervisor and thereafter I was transferred to the Education Department where I was the facilitator of mostly 1st-year students.

My favorite area of nursing is palliative care, in which I completed a certificate course. In my view, accompanying the patient on their final road before death is a special privilege.

Currently, I am assisting as the physical home nurse assessor for CareChamp in the Gauteng region. This comprises of home care assessments and care plan creation as well as required nursing procedures. I also ensure to identify the best suitable caregiver(s) for our clients in Gauteng.

I have 2 sons living in the UK as well as 2 grandchildren. I enjoy reading, watching Netflix, sewing baking, gardening, watching the sea with all its different faces and meeting friends for Coffee as often as possible.

I enjoy sharing my knowledge and experience with my Colleagues. One of my life philosophies is that we have all been blessed with different talents and need to share them with each other as nobody knows what’s waiting around the corner for them. We can make a difference to each other’s lives.

SR LESLEY

I trained as a Staff Nurse at Somerset Hospital and went on to qualify as a Professional Nurse at Addington Hospital in Durban, finishing at Victoria Hospital. I worked for a busy GP practices and Specialist Gynaecologists before working as a medical waste representative for Waste Tech for 8 years.

I am a registered assessor and facilitator with Local Government SETA and Health & Welfare SETA and have trained students in Environmental Practice learnerships and Ancillary Health Care Learnerships. I am also A Basic Life Support Instructor with American Heart Association.

Currently I am assisting as the physical home nurse assessor for CareChamp in the Cape Town region.This comprises of home care assessments and care plan creation as well as required nursing procedures. I also ensure to identify the best suitable caregiver(s) for our clients in Cape Town.

I did my training at Ann Latsky College and my practical at the old Kempton Park Hospital. When I got married, I went to work at doctor's rooms.

The nursing blood was too strong and I went back to the hospital, where I also did my Theatre nurse training. I worked there until the hospital closed in 1997.

I went to a private hospital, and left there to start the new millennium as a private nurse practitioner, I did wound care, frail care, oxygen therapy, and also ran a baby clinic and primary healthcare at a Pharmacy.

In 2017 I became a stay at home granny for my 2 grandsons. I currently assist as a Home Nurse Assessor for CareChamp and enjoy to still have contact with patients.

I am a Registered Nurse & Midwife with over 15 years of experience in environments ranging from hospitals to clinics, doctors rooms & home-based care, with a wide scope of practice in evidence-based nursing care as well as the holistic health management.

I am a great communicator, organised, empathetic & patient by nature, able to self-managed & work autonomously as well as in a team.

I do Baby Massage classes, needlework, I also do volunteer work at one of our local Creche's, Sizamele Creche in Imizamo Yethu with basics like child care, hygiene, baby massage and first aid.

In my free time I like reading a lot and walking. Family time is very precious to me, and I enjoy being with my 3 kids when I can.

I started working as a Registered Nurse in 2007 at Tygerberg Hospital and in 2008 I moved to Eastern Cape to gain valuable experience in various disciplines of Nursing Care.

Currently I am also the physical assessor for CareChamp in the Port Elizabeth region. I do all the home visits and also assist in finding the best suitable caregiver for our clients in Port Elizabeth.

I graduated in 2005 as a Registered Nurse .I have started my working career at Tygerberg Hospital in 2006. I first started in the obstetric and gynae theater for about 3 months thereafter moved to the labour ward.

Tygerberg Hospital is a tertiary hospital and I have been exposed to different entities such as maternal ICU, High risk labour , antenatal and post natal ward.

I am very passionate about teaching and have been a presenter at Stellenbosch University as well as a clinical facilitator from Aug 2011 to 2013 to assist the advance and Basic midwifery students.

My nursing career started straight after school and I also worked for 12 years in England, where I gained a lot of experience and knowledge. Missed the sunshine so came back home to South Africa.

In my spare time I do Reflexology. I love walking my dog and enjoy seeing him swim in the river. I Look after my cat, who just loves eating.

I enjoy people and find that I have an empathetic nature towards caring for people and mother earth.

I am a Registered Nurse. I did my General Nursing studies at Cape Peninsula University of Technology from January 2013 to December 2017.

I did practical work in Tygerberg Hospital, Stikland Hospital, Lentegeur Hospital, Valkenberg Hospital and Mitchell's Plain Mou.

After I finished with the studies I worked for a nursing agency for 4 months in Tygerberg Hospital, Maternity Ward. I got a temporary post in Vredenburg Hospital and after the contract ended I relocated to Durban.

I currently assist as a Home Nurse Assessor for CareChamp.

In my free time, I enjoy going out for short walks and reading.

I have worked in Medical, Surgical and Emergency Wards in Constantiaberg Mediclinic, Panorama Mediclinic, Melomed Gatesville, Melomed Tokai & Christian Barnard Private Hospital.

I am experienced in nursing surgical, medical and trauma cases, assisting Dr's in taking blood and promoting health education.

In my spare time I like reading, baking and sometimes going on short walks with my dogs.

I am a Registered Nurse and did my training at the Western Cape College of Nursing where I obtained my Diploma in General Nursing in 2014.

Nursing in all forms are part of the passion I have for this calling; however, few parts stand out clearly. I have developed a passion specifically for Midwifery, Trauma and ICU and Frail care/Geriatrics. These areas I consider myself to thrive in the most.

I did my Mandatory Community Service at Williston Community Health Clinic, then worked at Spescare in Paarl and MediClinic Worcester.

I am an ambivert and can easily get along with any type of personality.

I am a mother of two lovely children, a boy and a girl. In my free time I like taking them out on walks, doing extra curriculum activities. I love music as well as reading, I also attend fit-camp 3 times a week.
