What is - from your point of view - the typical role and responsibilities of a childcare provider in an early childhood development field?
"The role of a childcare provider is to create a safe, friendly, and stimulating environment that meets each child’s needs. They support the child’s physical, emotional, social, and cognitive growth. By making children feel valued, the goal is to help them thrive and reach their full potential."
In what skills area do you feel most qualified to be a childminder?
"I feel most qualified as a childminder because I am patient, caring, and good at understanding children’s needs. I can create a safe and fun environment where they feel comfortable and can learn. I also enjoy coming up with activities that keep them engaged and help them grow."

"I am passionate about supporting a child’s early years and playing a key role in nurturing their growth and shaping their foundational experiences. The energy, curiosity, and daily challenges they bring inspire me to continuously grow and learn alongside them."
