Tell us more about yourself and why you have decided to pursue a career in Early Childhood Development:

"I am a quiet person who loves being part of childhood development because I believe in the power of communication with children. My goal is to open my own ECD center in my village, where many parents don't realize their children are ready for school. I want to help children grow and develop through education, especially those who may not have access to learning resources, as every child has the right to go to school."

What is - from your point of view - the typical role and responsibilities of a childcare provider in an early childhood development field?
"A childcare provider's role is to have a structured routine with a balance of physical and creative activities. This helps children develop motor skills and express creativity. Showing interest in their needs builds confidence and creates a positive learning environment."

In what skills area do you feel most qualified to be a childminder?

"I feel most qualified as a childminder in creativity, as I can develop engaging activities suited to different personalities, age groups, and skills. I also focus on understanding and meeting children's needs, which helps me enhance my ability to care for them effectively."

What makes you excited to work with children?
"I find working with children rewarding because they are eager to learn and quickly pick up new things. When you teach them something, they remember it and love sharing it with others. It's amazing to see them apply what they've learned and help each other."
