What is - from your point of view - the typical role and responsibilities of a childcare provider in an early childhood development field?
"To be the primary caregiver and provider in the learning environment, creating a safe haven for children. I aim to design and implement educational, age-appropriate activities while ensuring there is plenty of fun and enjoyment."
In what skills area do you feel most qualified to be a childminder?
"Patience, understanding, and the ability to work well under pressure. Trustworthy with tasks like nappy changes and feeding. Knowledgeable in child development, protection, and safeguarding."

"My favorite part of caring for children is watching them learn and grow each day, whether it’s taking their first steps, reading, or speaking their first word. I love supporting parents and seeing the joy in their children's progress."
