Tell us more about yourself and why you have decided to pursue a career in Early Childhood Development:
"I was an assistant teacher for four years, and during that time, I developed a deep passion for teaching children. I find great joy in working with kids, especially seeing them grow, watching their learning progress, and witnessing the excitement they experience when discovering new things."
What is - from your point of view - the typical role and responsibilities of a childcare provider in an early childhood development field?
"I believe the focus is primarily on the child's physical and mental well-being, ensuring their care while teaching them how to interact with others and their peers."
In what skills area do you feel most qualified to be a childminder?
"I am sensitive and understanding, ensuring the child's comfort and cleanliness by changing nappies and meeting their needs. I also plan fun activities to engage and support their development."
What makes you excited to work with children?
"Seeing them learn and grow each day, while planning activities and lessons, is incredibly rewarding. Although working with children can be challenging, it allows me to build strong, lasting bonds that I will cherish forever."
