"I've always had a passion for working with children, and pursuing this career path will provide me with the skills needed to deepen my understanding of early childhood development. Ultimately, my goal is to establish my own educational center or teach young children.”

What is - from your point of view - the typical role and responsibilities of a childcare provider in an early childhood development field?
”Childcare workers are responsible for tending to children's basic needs, including feeding, meal preparation, diaper changing, organising playtime, and coordinating activities. Additionally, they assist with lesson planning, ensure a clean and safe environment, and maintain open communication with families.”

What makes you excited to work with children?
”Watching children grow and develop excites me and influenced my decision to join this industry. As a mother, I believe I can relate to children well and understand their needs. I have a deep care for children, which requires patience. My goal is to make a positive impact on their lives and establish strong, nurturing relationships with them.”
