Tell us more about yourself and why you have decided to pursue a career in Early Childhood Development:

"I'm naturally reserved when it comes to socializing, but once I feel at ease, I become more outgoing. The reason I'm drawn to ECD is because of my previous experience working with children. Witnessing the diverse ways children develop through their activities has always been a dream of mine. This passion is evident when I work with children; their happiness brings me joy, creating a fulfilling experience for both them and myself.”

What is - from your point of view - the typical role and responsibilities of a childcare provider in an early childhood development field?
”In my view, the typical role and responsibilities of a childcare provider involve creating a safe and nurturing environment where children feel secure and valued. It's important to build trust with the children through affection and warmth, encouraging them to open up and express themselves. Additionally, ensuring that the environment is suitable to play and learn is crucial, as it supports their overall well-being and development.”

What makes you excited to work with children?
”I'm excited about witnessing their fast development and making each child feel cherished and supported, ensuring they never feel alone. What excites me most about working with them is engaging in activities like singing rhymes together and continually learning alongside them.”

What is your main field of study?
